The Institute
The Tribe is the collective expression of the intentions and expectations of football lovers, deeply contextualized and connected to the identity of the people who make up our community. By nature, it is a dynamic ecosystem reflected in a process that seeks to transcend the game, strengthen the social fabric, reclaim the street as a space for learning, and generate a positive, multi-generational impact.

Level Up: Mentorship & Human Development
A program designed for groups, teams, or individual players who want to face their challenges, enhance their abilities, and set clear goals within their personal and sporting development journey.
We design and implement individualized development processes, providing continuous sporting and socio-emotional follow-up, supported by data tracking and reporting tools that help identify progress, challenges, and areas of growth.
a) Community, Belonging & Exploration
Find peers within your age range, share experiences, create together, play video games, or participate in other intentional activities that support your overall development. Build and shape your own path by exploring and working on your unique potential.
b) Holistic Training Process
Grow through a holistic training approach where we accompany, build, and evaluate your process together, based on your individual characteristics. Sessions are designed around real-game simulations and contextual scenarios, allowing our tools and methodologies to adapt to your learning style and developmental needs.
c) CyBears Marin Barça – Travel Team
Our elite soccer program selects and develops local young talents who demonstrate advanced technical and game-understanding qualities. This includes players already involved in high-performance environments (such as PDP programs) as well as identified prospects under continuous evaluation and follow-up.

- Game parameters for the deepening of individual and collective play
- Competitive opportunities within our networks in Europe and South America, providing greater visibility and international exposure
- Complementary preparation for sporting challenges in the U.S. and abroad
Additional pillars include:
- Formal player profiling to support development as athletes and as people
- Structured sporting processes that foster long-term growth
- Networking opportunities for players and families with academies and clubs outside the U.S.
- Institutional and personal support for families and players throughout the process
(This program connects directly with our partnership pathway through Marin Barça FC.)
d) CyBears App Integration
Our development model integrates the CyBears App, allowing players to understand and track key aspects of their growth, including:
● Technical development
● Tactical awareness
● Game IQ
● Emotional wellbeing
● On-field understanding and classroom-based learning
